socks

i have decided to stop running away from socks and just make one......or two. wasnt that bad till i got to picking up the gusset stitches. they are so small i am afraid to pick em up! what to do! @_@

finishing stuff and a trip

i am finally going to finish my McQueen sweater from the sensual knits book. the book has so many beautiful patterns but the instructions are soo confusing. i also have the sensual crochet book but i haven't tried any of the patterns yet. i'm heading off to Texas for a long overdue vacation to see one of my favorite people. i hope to finish the project on the plane if i can find my size 8 needles.
